Clockwise Firmware site not working

Hi.

Every time I try going into the clockwise firmware site (http://192.168.0.18/) the site doesn't connect. I tried running the IP scanner and nothing shows up.

Note: I recently upgraded my modem and Wi-Fi through my ISP. I wonder if that's the issue.

Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

Check if your device (smartphone or laptop) in in the same network as Clockwise.
Another thing to check is the IP address, is this IP logged in the terminal?

I don't think it's in the same network anymore. I ran command prompt to check ip addresses connected to my network and don't see it.

I bought a clock from an etsy seller and the instructions said to run IP scanner until it finds a network with clockwise firmware under it and not it doesn't show up anymore.

I see. So, to access Clockwise, your laptop or smartphone must be in the same network otherwise you wont be able to access the local IP address.

I recommend you to reach out the seller on etsy. I'm not involved in these markets.
