Issue new release tag

While the build error for DUB is fixed in master, it's not in the tagged version for DUB.

Sure, sorry for the short notice. I just came across your nice tool and wanted to install it via dub dub fetch avgtime && dub run avgtime which yields an already fixed error. However building directly worked fine, so all you need to do is to add a new git tag

Simply create a tag (git tag v0.5.1) and push it to your repo (git push origin v0.5.1), then dub will update the latest available version after some time. You can also login to code.dlang.org and click trigger manual update on http://code.dlang.org/my_packages/avgtime.
