  • R3: Build diagnostic proposal template
  • R4: Build sprint proposal template
  • R5: Create one-page offer summary PDF

Acceptance Criteria

  • Pipeline visible in HubSpot with 10 stages
  • Custom properties exist and are usable on deal records
  • Diagnostic proposal template ready to send
  • Sprint proposal template ready to send
  • Offer summary PDF created
