They're in a branch on my st-json repo here:

I can see about getting them into st-json master this weekend.

We are not actually using them. We are loading all of quicklisp systems, and try to quikcload and if we can easily see tests run them. So the next time we test them will be after the next quicklisp release.

In any case, marijnh doesn't want to expand scope of st-json, so I'm going to copy the couple functions I added into this package for now while I figure out what to do.
