[request]remove decimal value config option

i just want a clean interface, and i think the decimal placeholder looks ugly. idc if it rounds to the nearest, i just wanted a general idea of percentages to communicate to teammates.

I added rounding to the config. One option for stamina and another for afflictions.

Rounding for afflictions is off by default because people will think the mod is broken since total won't add up to 100.
