Sorry for the late response, unfortunately there seems to be an ongoing issue of someone reuploading mods from thunderstore to nexus mods with malware added to them. I don't know how malware is getting uploaded there...

Regarding this issue, I can only report it to nexus mods and wait for them to remove it. :/
