Deposit from over a week ago hasn't gone through

Not sure this is the correct place to discuss this, but I'm having a hard time finding the right place to ask for support. I tried a couple other venues already.

It was an XMR->BTS transaction via citadel (I can provide addresses & XMR transaction ID if requested). The send did succeed, and it was deducted from my balance.

I'd like to either reverse the transaction (minus fees, I understand) or complete it.

Kyle Reese was able to get that transaction to get through. However it seems to have occurred again, with my most recent still-pending transaction from May 13th. Is there something I should be doing differently?
