Corrupted zip archive

Hi,

thank you for a nice paper!

However, I'm unable to unzip lagrangian.zip — it appears to be corrupted or malformed.

• On Windows, the extraction process freezes and never completes.
• On Linux, running unzip fails with the following error:

Archive:  lagrangian.zip
warning [lagrangian.zip]:  6037020080 extra bytes at beginning or within zipfile
  (attempting to process anyway)
error [lagrangian.zip]:  start of central directory not found;
  zipfile corrupt.
  (please check that you have transferred or created the zipfile in the
  appropriate BINARY mode and that you have compiled UnZip properly)
