Suggestion:

• Add chapter completion tracking with local persistence.

Why:

• New members can resume where they left off and mentors can use progress checkpoints.

Potential acceptance criteria:

• Per-chapter complete/incomplete markers
• Save and restore progress via localStorage
• Reset progress action
