at-reply and period

If a tweet includes an at-reply followed by a period, Tweet-gater makes the whole thing, including the period, a link and treats it as a username.

example:

@someuser.

Tweet-gater would make the whole thing a link and link it to:

http://twitter.com/someuser. <-- including the period.
