[JENKINS-35255] Show all warnings in source code visualization

[jenkins-infra-bot]

Currently you have to click through each warning to view its location in the source code.
It would be way nicer to have a single page for the source code visualization that shows you all the warnings within the code.
This would make the source code visualization a lot more useful.

  I closed the other one now. I created it some years ago so this will not be forgotten. But actually, I never found some time to think about an implementation... (a new source code view is required).

  If this does get implemented at some point, it should probably be an option. Particularly if JENKINS-55598 is implemented, a combined warnings view may be complicated.
