Comparison with TASSEL

Hi, I got to use your package however while reading about TASSEL, I go to see that the Q+K model is TASSEL helps to reduce false positive. The model I saw with GWASPoly is the dominant and the additive. Do these 2 models takes into account the effect of Q+L model of TASSEL?

Hello, GWASpoly always uses the K model to control for population structure, and the P or Q model can be added to this if desired. The Q model is available by including covariates in the phenotype file. The P model is available through the set.params function.
