Better support for BASICODE from ASCII files

• Translator must be made tolerant for LFs in files
• *L option should display expected start address so file can be loaded from emulator without having to PEEK BCPROG variable first
• ETX should be made optional, end of file can also be detected from NULLs since buffer is cleared by *L
