Need to add Loan Bankruptcy and Loan Bankruptcy PrePetition records and fields to db.txt

Jack Henry added new loan subrecords in Release 2019 and they are not yet in db.txt, so the script that generates db.txt needs to be updated.

Hi Ray, When I go into Quest, I do not see it in the Database Record Fields. Do you see it when you log into Quest?

It may be that the module has to be enabled before you can see the fields. We're reaching out to Jack Henry to have it enabled for us. I'll let you know what I see once that happens.
