Define constructors for replaceable objects taking wrapped object

Jakarta Authorization allows the replacement of various of its objects. We specify that they should be able to delegate to the object they replace, but haven't provided any mechanism for them to obtain that object they replace.

We should define that they get these objects via their constructors.
