[Suggestion] Add a Bright Theme?

I love this piece of software! But using it throughout the day leads to eye strain because the dark theme is suitable for nights. Is it possible to add a bright theme please?

I have no plans to do this myself since it's a massive amount of work, but I'd definitely accept a PR.
