I'm trying to use JABBA as contrasting example in a vignette for my state-space mass-balance model EcoState, which I'm hoping to post on CRAN. However, R_CMD_CHECK flags the vignette lines for running JABBA and says its missing a package boot. Is it possible that boot is a dependency in the plots, without being listed in the DESCRIPTION?
