Currently, in our fact sheets we create figures that predict the gap in salary and O&M cost in three years. Tana pointed out that this is not necessarily relevant for research projects that end in 2 years or assessment projects that are assessed every 5 years for example. We should consider making plots in both research and assessment tabs that are more relevant to those projects.
