using API Key is better than storing password in plain text, and it would also solve the issue of not seeming to support 2fa at all right now...
orpheusmorebetter supports a -t parameter for the 2fa code, but that has to be entered each time and sucks to use. I basically made the same request there.
I haven't looked into RED-Oxide much, but it seems like it supports api keys already
