Spatial, spectral, and temporal coverages are very useful to constrain the number of services that need to be queried.
For some resources, a patch can be specified with a MOC in the stc_spatial/coverage. But many provide none and/or are set to full sky ("0/0-11"). Some legitimately are full sky but many can be improved.
Can we identify who really needs to work on this? I know that HEASARC does.
