It's certainly useful to see that the registries agree (within a few percent:-) on what SIA services there are. But something must be wrong with your snippet, because standard_id like '%sia%* shouldn't parse anywhere. select * from rr.capability where standard_id like '%sia%' yields 410 records for me on <https://vao.stsci.edu/RegTAP/TapService.aspx> (it might be interesting to see what these extra records are...). As a housekeeping test, I'd much prefer standard_id like 'ivo://ivoa.net/std/sia%' by the way -- the less wildcarding there is, the fewer surprises we have to expect.

That * is a bizarre typo. It's nowhere in my notebooks, so I must have mistyped while editing. I just ran my cell again and edited+copied it above. The numbers changed since last time, which happens regularly (unsurprisingly since things are always changing).

And yes, your URL works, but the RofR lists the old one? And yes, my next task is to list the differences. I'll add it when I've another spare minute.

I think we should remove ivo://astronet.ru/cas/registry from the registry of registries. That would trigger the Euro-VO Registry to drop these resources. NAVO also still has records of these broken astronet.ru resources, so you may want to ensure that they are deleted there as well

The TCG is aware of the issue and monitoring the situation. A decision will likely be made in a few months.

sao.ru was removed from the Registry of Registries a couple of months ago, which effectively gave the Euro-VO Registry the green light to prune all resources from sao.ru. So, ivo://sao.ru/dsa-cats/wsdb, which remains in NAVO, can be safely removed.
