There seems to be a bug in the way input is handled in your settings, specifically in Momentum it looks like though since I didn't see it in OFW. The cursor goes into an infinite repeating cycle after exactly 7 clicks, and in any direction with any amount of time between. After this repeat input is triggered a soft reboot is needed as the back button does nothing.
It could be a Momentum problem and not just with Quadrastic, but I'm not sure about it because I haven't been able to replicate it in any other apps that utilize the variable item list for settings menus. If it is on MNTM and not your game I apologize, I thought it'd at least be good to bring up in an issue to see if you had any idea about it.
and ofc it doesn't affect the gameplay which I still think is great 👍
