Chart Repository unreachable

When I try to add your chart repo, I get this error message:
Error: looks like "https://itsbalamurali.github.io/neon" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: failed to fetch https://itsbalamurali.github.io/neon/index.yaml : 404 Not Found

After trying manualy to visit your chart repo, I found out, I get redirected to your blog 404 page.
