The earlier "Enable Equalizer" toggle is no longer present; "Reset to Flat" zeroes bands but still runs the processor.

On current main, the Equalizer pane does have a master enable/bypass toggle: EqualizerSettingsView.swift:statusRow renders an unconditional "Enable" switch, and toggling it off calls engine.stop() — a true bypass that leaves the band values intact (distinct from "Reset to Flat", which zeroes bands but keeps the processor running). The toggle was added in the v0.2.0 release commit. So this appears already resolved in code rather than removed. Flagging for a maintainer call — recommend closing unless the running build genuinely hides the toggle, in which case it's a different (rendering) bug. Not auto-closed by #53.
