[bug]: Window size changes between Settings panes

The Settings window keeps one size across panes.

Captures show roughly 1012px on some panes and roughly 970px on others.

2. Switch panes and observe window width

Not auto-fixed. The issue itself asks to "verify this is real and not a screenshot artifact before sizing fixes" — I can't run the app to verify, and the Settings window already has a fixed minWidth: 820 with a resizable content-min-size window, so any width variance is content-driven and would need to be reproduced live before changing sizing. PR #57 does raise the default height (#20). Flagging the width variance for verification in a running build.
