[bug]: Inconsistent top padding between Settings panes

All panes start their first section at the same offset below the divider.

Actual

Account, Playback, and Keyboard have a large gap between the divider and first section; Appearance and Equalizer start tight.

Not auto-fixed — shares a root cause with #21. The detail view in SpotiglassSettingsView wraps every pane in a ScrollView, but EqualizerSettingsView/PlaybackSettingsView/AppearanceSettingsView also wrap themselves in one (nested ScrollViews + inconsistent per-pane padding). The clean fix is to drop the inner ScrollViews and normalize top padding in one pass — but that edits pane views currently owned by PRs #53/#54/#55/#56 and would conflict. Recommend a single coordinated layout pass after those merge. Flagging rather than half-doing it.
