[MV3 Beta Bugs] Page Imports Missing Content

Two bugs in this report to make my life a little easier.

Describe the bug
Import webpage doesn't fully work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anna%27s_hummingbird
2. Click on "import webpage"
3. Try to see the web page on ipfs: http://bafybeicezsj5dvbwzu6g23isu3ikrf465gp67rfqbxssdmxutddmtcsia4.ipfs.localhost:8080/
4. Fails to properly load the web page. I assume this is because not all content was fetched/stored.

Expected behavior
Expected the whole website to be there

Thanks @MarcoPolo, acknowledged, I am not sure about the defender screen, but I'll cross-check the functionality with what we have right now to check if it's a regression or was it broken before.

Either way will be fixed!
