This was added in #777 for #437 but there hasn't even been any activity on its repo since 2021. https://github.com/acostalima/react-native-test-runner

Maybe it could be replaced with a modern alternative, like https://www.npmjs.com/package/@testing-library/react-native

Would you like to open a PR that swaps it out? That would be amazing. Otherwise I'll probably just remove react-native testing support here, that would be unfortunate but react-native-test-runner looks abandoned and it's got deps with known vulnerabilities - it's just not worth having them in the tree.
