Jon (Telegram 2026-06-08): after dedenting a nested ordered item with Shift+Tab the outer list shows the wrong number (saw 3 where 2 was expected). Root cause: renumberOnEdit only triggered on newline insert/delete, so a Tab/Shift+Tab on an ordered line did not re-run renumberDocument. Extends the trigger to also fire when any change touches the leading whitespace of an ordered-list line.
