yarn install error in example folder

I type 'yarn start' in example folder then show up this error 'An unexpected error occurred: "https://codeload.github.com/webpack-contrib/html-webpack-plugin/tar.gz/04ee3a6ed96ada3f29cb61319b79a538ed019188: Request failed "404 Not Found'
how to solve it?
