Displaying with extensions

i have edited this issue because there are many extensions whith the displaying need to be fixed.

• NOT OK - Download - https://github.com/oxpus/Download-Extention : only the “Download” button on header which have the prosilver icon repeated in background with transparency in the standard button of we Universal,
• NOT OK - phpBB directory - https://github.com/ErnadoO/ext-phpbb-directory: the forum icon are not displayed in this extension, see that for explanation: We_universal style ErnadoO/ext-phpbb-directory#20,
• OK - ABBC3 - https://github.com/VSEphpbb/abbc3 : the texts of dropdown menus for Police types and Police sizes are not displayed correctly for it’s height, see that for explanation: We universal dropdown menu for police types and size iMattPro/abbc3#20 ==> FIXED HERE: iMattPro/abbc3@20c6924,
• OK - Board3 Portal - https://github.com/board3/Board3-Portal: it’s the most important work among the extensions, all elements in blocks are displayed on left or right side ==> FIXED HERE: Adds support for we_universal style board3/Board3-Portal#654,
• OK - Countdown - https://github.com/dmzx/countdown : the color background of countdown area is not granted with your style ==> FIXED HERE: Fixes displaying with other styles than prosilver dmzx/countdown#13,
• OK - Live Search (as in Google) - https://github.com/alg5/liveSearch/: on posting page the field: “Subject:” is very small, see that for explanation: “Turn on the quick search of similar topics” option alg5/liveSearch#18 ==> FIXED HERE: Fixes support for We_universal style alg5/liveSearch#19,
• OK - Quick language - https://github.com/alg5/quicklanguage: the menu box and text are under the line of navbar but between the two / ==> FIXED HERE: alg5/quicklanguage@bf6cddc#diff-45c3686e8f5584316a85fe2efc4f8b45,
• OK - Quick style - https://github.com/PayBas/QuickStyle : the menu box and text are under the line of navbar but between the two /==> FIXED HERE: Fix position with styles like We universal PayBas/QuickStyle#14,
• OK - Top five - https://github.com/RMcGirr83/phpBB-3.1-topfive : The displaying is completly on the left side ==> FIXED HERE: Fix support for we_universal rmcgirr83/topfive#13.

I have just made a fix for the topfive extension. I won't pretend that I know much about .css, but it seems to work. See: https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/extension/topfiveext/support/topic/146571?p=450311#p450311
