feature: change default window width

@interopxyz: We are currently testing your plugin in grasshopper and really liking it so far! So thank you for providing this nice ui components.

While testing we realized that the windows size is fixed to 502.

For our purposes it would be nice if we could add a parameter to the window object to override the default value.

You can use the Ui Resize component to change the default window. It does not dynamically resize very nicely, but works well for setting the base size.
Trying to keep the number of inputs down on the components.
