Registry: Fetch a mine's namespace

Given a URL, what is a mine's namespace?

The registry doesn't do complex pattern matching, so make sure to string http://www.flymine.org/flymine/service to http://www.flymine.org before sending it to the registry

I've added the hacktoberfest label to this issue.

Context: There is a registry of different instances of InterMine at registry.intermine.org, and we would like a method that fetches the namespace for a given InterMine (effectively, it should perform an http request that goes to the registry, determines the namespace associated with a given URL, and returns the namespace)

The current code to fetch intermines from the registry is here:

add a method, perhaps get-mine-namespace that accepts a url (e.g. http://www.flymine.org/flymine) and returns a namespace as a keyword, e.g. :flymine
