Use `rel="me"` for social links?

This is used by [IndieAuth.com](https://indieauth.com/) and [Mastodon](https://docs.joinmastodon.org/user/profile/#verification).

I can picture scenarios where this behavior is unexpected (social account run by a different person than the blogger?) though I'm not sure whether these cases outweigh the benefits.
