[Bug]: Graph links not reflecting updates

Preflight

• I searched existing issues and this isn't a duplicate
• I'm on the latest version (or I've noted my version below)

What happened?

If I edit markdown file outside ok web app, graph links does not reflect it

If I restart the server, everything turns fine

Steps to reproduce

Have a markdown with dead links. Make a change to the file removing those dead links with another tool and see stale dead links in ok webapp
