Move graph.facebook.com to Extra Strict blocklist?

Should I move the domain graph.facebook.com to the new Extra Strict blocklist or leave it on the list for Ads and Trackers?

Pros:

• Possibly required that this domain is removed for Facebook mobile app users
• Still allows people to block for privacy reasons

Cons:

• Will increase the ability for Facebook to track while users are on non-Facebook pages
• Users who expect this domain to be blocked may not be aware of the move
