Some of the US Core tests are dependent on previous tests to run (ie, Location requires Encounter tests to run with Locations in it).
It would be nice to add an ability to checkbox multiple tests to run in a "single" test, so you don't have to run through dozens of tests to test the single resource (which is the case now, either a single test, or all of test "4"). (so with the above, one could run a test of Encounter + Location, which should make location run).
Or maybe when you run a test by itself, it knows to run "required" previous tests first (ie, then location would know to run Encounter first, then location).
