Stackblitz examples don't compile and throw error

Cannot resolve type entity i9.FormEngineModule to symbol is the error displayed in the stackblitz browser.
This also happens with the latest versions of the package & angular

I have another repo that contains the exact same form demo example:

However, when I tried this, Stackblitz did a terrible job of reading the package.json contents and I had to manually install @incrudable/material-deps. I had to work the package resolution for a bit to get it to work, but it did eventually load. I'll try to look into this a bit and update the readme to reference the repository version of the sample.

Sometimes the package problems are caused by a package-lock out of sync with the recent changes. But that seems unlikely here, the package* files were changed at the same time.

Here is a working Blitz of the latest demo form. I'm leaving this issue open, however, since I'd rather point directly at the Github repo in Stackblitz. If someone figures out how to get Stackblitz to properly pull the transitive dependencies please let me know.
