Add an SFT validation error for RL-shaped (prompt+solutions) datasets

Scope

• When SFT receives rows with prompt+solutions but no response/messages/text, fail fast with an error that suggests likely fixes (use an SFT loader, or pre-convert).

Acceptance

• Clear, actionable message; no silent training on wrong fields.
• CPU test covers the error path.
