Observation Field shows "Loading" instead of taxon

1. Join the Host Plants for Lepidoptera of India project
2. Make a lepidoptera observation
3. Add that obs to the Host Plants for Lepidoptera of India project
4. Choose a host plant taxon
5. You'll see that taxon briefly appear in the obs field, then it shows "Loading" forever
6. Tap the checkmark to save the project addition
7. Upload the observation
8. Check the observation on the website
9. The host plant ID field is filled out correctly

So it seems like the field is being edited correctly but the user doesn't know that because they just see "Loading" basically the entire time.

Still not working, see screen recording. After choosing a taxon, I get taken to my list of projects. When I do go to the project, I see "loading" for the taxon.

any update please, it reproduced with the following observation for "Nectar plants for the lepidoptera of India" project.
