Often I am not interested in all families from the Illumina data, only a specific few. It would shorten the analysis to have an option to provide a sequence and Scoper finds the family members. My current method is to filter the igblast files for same junction length, same V gene and J gene, and are > 40% similar based on Levenstein distance, but I know this is not as efficient as it could be and importantly interferes with the accuracy of the assignments because the whole data set isn’t available.
