Allow templates to pull from repository and not just template folder

With pull request 11 the paradigm of retrieving the template for the game changed from pulling down from https://github.com/tlein/AnconaTemplateGame to using a folder on the filesystem (~/.raft/templates/)

We should reintroduce the ability to pull from the repo automatically.
