using the PHE architecture (potential inconsistency between upstream and downstream oper matrix. double check
needs nonzero lambda in cruise in order to size simple battery at all; even with tko and clb it will not actually create a battery.
lambda of 0.5 at tko and climb using the NOT simple battery yields a battery weight of 5 kilograms... seems light.
@mstockha and I think that theres an issue within eap analysis or something?
