Data file source?

Hello, Ritwik (@ritster) and I were looking to try out some of these files for the encoder project

We saw the download-data branch and were wondering how this file list was constructed? e.g. are they the same files used in Borzoi or something different?

Hi Colin,

I found constructed the file links based on a list of accessions Ian gave me (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GSiplubE3o2XbcCkKvAG69gmYX7xjMxN/view?usp=sharing). I believe he said these are a subset of files from Borzoi or were used in another model.

They are not the exact same files, but are the BAM files for the corresponding accessions. If you'd like to see how I found the BAM file links, I'd be happy to share that.
