Are we planning to build the app before we announce the instagram app on meetup?

I think it would be good, to have us and maybe another mentor just crush through this in a couple hours to get a feel for some of the problems we might run into.

Keeping an eye out for issues that might trip up new comers and finding a way around them.
i.e. cocoa pods, and sdk installation, maybe we need a starter project?
Wifi shouldn't be an issue since we have a 4hr limit now. 🎉
not sure what else we might run into, yet.
