Draw some diagrams to help explain possible ways to map orgs

I have an SVG with layers. I've demonstrated this to Daryl, and I think we've agreed that using the layers as an impromptu animation as we talk is probably better than a document.

We were thinking of presenting this as a talk in January some time.
