Make it easier to use only dark theme as default

Ideally the Feature::Darkmode could be Feature::ThemeToggle but that will have to be for v3. Right now if you only want to have dark theme the steps are:

1. Disable Feature::Darkmode
2. 'theme_toggle_buttons' => false
3. Publish app template and add class="dark" to head
