Accidentally tried to do php hyde build <path> but that should work, and we don't need the rebuild command. I think I may do this for v3 and we can keep the old one around but deprecated, and we can implement this in a minor release and support both for a while. Not a huge fan of introducing deprecated code in a major version, but I also want to get v2 out there. And I don't want v3 to have such a huge gap either.
