Xcode/iOS license related message when I run git commit

When I run "git commit" I get many lines of following message.

Agreeing to the Xcode/iOS license requires admin privileges, please re-run as root via sudo.

Is it a bug?

Seems like it is not a bug, it's just a license agreement missing for Xcode.

So do I need to run with sudo?
Or is there a better way to avoid this?

@shinokada basically that means that you need to install Xcode Utilities, and you do not. You do not have to use sudo if you already have the utilities installed, which if I recall correctly, you can do so from Xcode instead of the command-line.
