Self-hosting Pages CMS on Cloudflare D1

Hi, I'm looking to self-host Pages CMS on Cloudflare D1. I was wondering if someone had a step-by-step tutorial on how to do this? (Is this even possible?)

I'm getting stuck trying to follow the Pages CMS docs on self-hosting. On the .env fields the docs say to have:

DATABASE_URL=postgresql://...
BETTER_AUTH_SECRET=your-random-secret
CRYPTO_KEY=your-random-secret
BASE_URL=https://cms.example.com
ADMIN_EMAILS=admin@example.com

But I'm not sure where to find/generate those values for Cloudflare D1

Not possible, it's PgSQL only.

I suppose I've left docs somewhere leading you to think you could host on Cloudflare? Where is it?

A search of D1 on the discussion led me to this post where you mention hosting it on D1. It's very possible I misunderstood it. #53 (comment)

What is the recommended way to self-host? In previous projects I just used the web version but on this current project I'm going to be handing it off to another person at the end and wanted to figure out self-hosting. (But I admittedly have little experience in backend / database things and I get stumped easily in this area.)

I was interested in D1 because I'll be hosting the site with Cloudflare Pages

Oh yeah, that was a while ago. This project started as a Vue.js project and I used to deploy on Cloudflare. Not anymore. There are guides:

However, I'd recommend you just use https://app.pagescms.org
